These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph75 ("ph75," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at ph75.club. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered by ph75.
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the ph75 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using ph75 and close your account.
ph75 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All operations are conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gambling.
To use ph75, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
ph75 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.
Each player may hold only one (1) active ph75 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the platform.
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your ph75 account. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate. ph75 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph75 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph75 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You must notify ph75 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
ph75 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory KYC completion.
ph75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph75 does not accept deposits in foreign currency from personal accounts.
The minimum deposit is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal is PHP 100. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.
ph75 processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests as quickly as possible; most are completed within 5 to 60 minutes subject to verification and system processing. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1 to 3 business days. ph75 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment service providers.
ph75 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ph75 may request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing large withdrawals.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional credits offered by ph75 are subject to wagering requirements and specific promotion terms. Bonus terms are published on the ph75 promotions page and form part of this Agreement. In the event of conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion. ph75 reserves the right to void bonus credits and any associated winnings if abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is detected.
Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. ph75 reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
Strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns that achieve wagering requirements without genuine risk, are prohibited. ph75 may void bonuses and associated winnings and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All games on the ph75 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, online sabong, bingo, and fishing games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game or game category. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.
ph75 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in accordance with established casino rules. Game results are final once confirmed by the ph75 system, subject to dispute resolution as described below.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game from completing normally, ph75 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. ph75 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph75 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
All content on ph75.club, including but not limited to the ph75 brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of ph75 or its licensed content providers and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph75 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ph75 content without prior written consent from ph75.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
ph75's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.
ph75 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use ph75 at your own risk.

ph75 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for breach, ph75 may forfeit all bonus credits and associated winnings. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player net of any outstanding liabilities, subject to satisfactory KYC verification, except where forfeiture is required by law or PAGCOR directive.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact ph75's customer support to seek an amicable resolution. ph75 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
ph75 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of ph75 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
